1. No Guarantee of a Particular Subjective Result

Image editing includes professional judgment and subjective visual preferences. Unless a precise target is defined and accepted in the project scope, no guarantee is made that every client or viewer will prefer the same color, contrast, crop, texture, or retouching style.

2. Source-File Limitations

Editing can improve many image characteristics, but it cannot guarantee recovery of detail that was never captured. Extreme blur, severe noise, clipped exposure, low resolution, compression artifacts, missing content, or damaged files can restrict the achievable result.

3. Color Differences

Colors can appear differently on different monitors, phones, browsers, printers, paper types, display profiles, and lighting conditions. A digital file that appears correct on one calibrated display may look different elsewhere.

Clients with print-critical or color-managed requirements should provide the necessary technical specifications before work begins and should use appropriate proofing methods for their final output.

4. Final Use

Clients are responsible for confirming that final files meet the technical and legal requirements of the platform, printer, marketplace, publication, advertising channel, or other environment where the images will be used.

5. Client Review

Clients should review delivered files before publishing or distributing them. Review should include dimensions, crop, transparency, file type, visible text, product details, color, retouching, and any other requirement that matters to the final use.

6. No Rights Clearance

The service does not independently clear copyright, trademark, model, property, privacy, publicity, or licensing rights for client-supplied images. Clients are responsible for having the authority required to submit and use the content.

7. No Regulated Professional Advice

Website information and editing recommendations are not legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, engineering, or other regulated professional advice. Where an image is used in a regulated or high-stakes context, the client is responsible for obtaining appropriate specialist review.

8. Third-Party Platforms

File-transfer providers, payment processors, hosting providers, browsers, and other third-party technology may affect availability, transaction timing, upload limits, download access, or website performance. Those systems are outside direct control.

9. Turnaround Estimates

A turnaround estimate is based on the known scope and may change if file quantity, complexity, requested edits, client response time, or technical conditions differ from what was initially understood. A deadline is guaranteed only if it is expressly accepted as such.

10. Website Availability

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, security measures, provider outages, updates, or other operational conditions. Continuous error-free access is not guaranteed.
