Veyqen Imaging
Terms of Service
Last updated: 08 Sep 2026
These Terms of Service govern remote photo processing and digital image editing services provided by Veyqen Imaging. They apply to project requests involving client-supplied image files, including retouching, color correction, background removal and editing, resizing, image optimization, product photo editing, batch processing, and advanced editing work.
By requesting services, approving a scope, submitting files, or paying for an accepted project, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Nature of the Services
Veyqen Imaging provides digital editing services only. Clients supply the source images that are to be processed. Unless a written project scope states otherwise, the service does not include photography, physical printing, physical shipping, long-term file storage, advertising placement, media buying, or transfer of ownership in client source content.
Specific edits depend on the selected service, source-file quality, technical limitations, requested output, quantity of images, and agreed project instructions.
2. Service Categories and Published Price Ranges
Published service ranges may include Photo Enhancement at $150–$350, Color Correction at $120–$300, Professional Photo Retouching at $200–$500, Background Removal & Editing at $100–$300, Product Photo Editing at $250–$600, Image Optimization Package at $150–$400, Batch Photo Processing at $400–$900, and Advanced Photo Editing Package at $600–$1,200.
These are pricing ranges, not automatic quotes. Final pricing may vary based on image quantity, image condition, editing difficulty, turnaround requirements, file size, requested deliverables, and other project-specific factors. A project does not become accepted solely because a form has been completed.
3. Project Requests and Acceptance
A client may submit a project request describing the desired service, approximate image count, deadline, and editing requirements. We may ask for additional information before accepting work. We may decline a request if the requested result is outside the service scope, technically impractical, unlawful, abusive, or otherwise unsuitable.
Any estimate, schedule, or proposed scope may be revised before acceptance if the source files or actual requirements differ materially from the original description.
4. Client-Supplied Files
The client is responsible for supplying usable source files and for maintaining independent backups of all original images. Veyqen Imaging is not an archival storage provider. Clients should not submit the only existing copy of any important image or file.
If a file is corrupted, incomplete, unusually compressed, too small for the requested use, or otherwise technically limited, some requested results may not be achievable. Editing cannot reliably restore detail that does not exist in the source image.
5. Rights and Permissions
The client represents that the client owns the submitted content or has the rights, permissions, licenses, and authority necessary to submit it for editing. This includes any permissions that may be required for photographs of people, privately owned materials, copyrighted works, branded materials, confidential content, or other protected subject matter.
The client grants Veyqen Imaging a limited permission to access, reproduce, modify, process, store, and export submitted files only as reasonably necessary to evaluate and perform the requested services, manage revisions, deliver results, maintain project records, and comply with applicable obligations.
6. Prohibited or Restricted Content
Clients may not submit material that they do not have authority to provide, material that violates applicable law, or material that is intended to facilitate fraud, impersonation, deception, harassment, exploitation, or other unlawful activity. We may refuse or stop work if submitted content creates a legal, safety, or operational concern.
Where a request involves sensitive or high-risk manipulation, additional review may be required before work is accepted.
7. Editing Instructions
Clients should provide clear instructions about the intended changes and final use. General requests such as “make it better” may require clarification. The more specific the requested style, crop, background, dimensions, or color target, the more accurately the scope can be defined.
Unless exact specifications are provided, reasonable professional judgment may be used for exposure, tonal balance, color, cleanup, sharpening, compression, and other technical decisions.
8. Color and Display Differences
Digital color can appear differently across monitors, mobile devices, browsers, software, printers, display profiles, and viewing conditions. Veyqen Imaging cannot guarantee identical appearance on every device or physical output. Where precise output standards are required, the client should provide the relevant technical specifications before work begins.
9. Turnaround Times
Any turnaround estimate is based on the known scope at the time it is provided. Delivery may be affected by file volume, complexity, delayed client responses, revised instructions, technical issues, unusually large files, or changes requested after work begins.
A requested deadline is not guaranteed unless it is expressly accepted as part of the project scope.
10. Revisions
Reasonable corrections may be available when the delivered work does not match the agreed instructions. A revision is not the same as a new creative direction, a materially expanded scope, additional images, or new requirements that were not included in the original request.
Additional work outside the accepted scope may require a new estimate or additional fee. Revision requests should identify the specific file and requested adjustment clearly.
11. Delivery
Finished files are delivered digitally in the agreed format or formats. Depending on the project, outputs may include JPG, PNG, or other commonly used digital formats. Dimensions, compression, transparency, and file naming may be included in the agreed scope.
Clients are responsible for downloading, reviewing, and backing up delivered files. Delivery is considered complete when the agreed output files have been made available through the selected digital delivery method.
12. Payments
Payment requirements, deposits, balances, and due dates may vary by project. If payment is required before work begins or before final delivery, that requirement will be part of the project terms. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise.
Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms and processing rules. The client is responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any lawful taxes or charges that apply to the transaction.
13. Cancellations and Refunds
Because the services involve customized digital work, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project. A request cancelled before substantive editing begins may be treated differently from a request cancelled after work has started.
Fees attributable to completed work, reserved production time, nonrecoverable processing costs, or delivered files may be nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law. If a project cannot be completed by Veyqen Imaging for operational reasons, any remedy will be determined based on the portion of work completed and amounts paid.
14. No Physical Returns
The services result in customized digital files rather than physical merchandise. Traditional product-return procedures therefore do not apply in the same way. Any concern about delivered digital work should be raised promptly and should identify the specific issue so it can be reviewed against the agreed scope.
15. Client Review of Final Files
Clients are responsible for reviewing final files before publishing, printing, advertising, distributing, or otherwise using them. This includes checking spelling or text embedded in images, crop, dimensions, color, transparency, product details, and other project-specific requirements.
16. Intellectual Property in Client Content
Except for the limited permission necessary to perform the service, the client retains whatever rights the client lawfully holds in the source images. Editing a file does not transfer ownership of the client's underlying source content to Veyqen Imaging.
Any third-party fonts, stock materials, software-dependent assets, or licensed components supplied by a client remain subject to the terms that govern those materials.
17. Portfolio Use
Client images will not be treated as automatically authorized for public portfolio use merely because they were submitted for editing. Any public use of identifiable client work by Veyqen Imaging should be based on separate permission or another lawful basis.
18. Confidentiality and Sensitive Materials
If a project contains confidential or commercially sensitive imagery, the client should identify that concern before submission. While reasonable care is used in handling project files, ordinary service delivery does not create a specialized regulated-security or professional-secrecy relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
19. Service Limitations
Editing results depend on the source file. No guarantee is made that a low-resolution, severely blurred, heavily compressed, clipped, corrupted, or incomplete source can be converted into a flawless high-detail image. Likewise, background removal, restoration, or retouching around hair, transparent materials, reflections, motion, or complex edges may involve practical limitations.
20. Disclaimer of Specific Business Results
Veyqen Imaging provides image editing services and does not guarantee that edited images will increase sales, conversion rates, engagement, search visibility, marketplace approval, advertising performance, or other business outcomes. Results depend on factors outside the editing service.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veyqen Imaging will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the services, delayed delivery, device or display differences, loss of a client backup, third-party platform requirements, or business decisions made using delivered files.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, the client agrees to be responsible for claims arising from content the client was not authorized to submit, instructions that violate third-party rights, unlawful use of delivered files, or the client's breach of these Terms.
23. Website Availability
The website and online forms may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting interruptions, security work, software changes, or events outside reasonable control. Continuous uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
24. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be revised when service practices, website functionality, pricing structure, or legal requirements change. The date shown at the top reflects the stated update date. Terms applicable to a particular accepted project may also include written project-specific conditions.
25. Governing Considerations
These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable law in the United States and the jurisdiction relevant to the transaction. Mandatory consumer rights, privacy rights, or other legal protections that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
