Veyqen Imaging
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 08 Sep 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Veyqen Imaging website, project-request tools, service information, and related communications. They are intended to explain the general rules that apply when visitors review services or request remote digital image editing.
By using the website or submitting information through a website form, you agree to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate information.
1. Website Purpose
The website provides information about remote photo processing and digital image editing for individuals and small businesses. Service descriptions, published price ranges, workflow information, and project-request tools are provided so a visitor can understand the available services and describe a potential project.
Website content is general information. A displayed service or price range does not by itself create an accepted project, guaranteed schedule, or binding quote. A project scope may require review of source files and instructions before it can be confirmed.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes related to evaluating or requesting the services. You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that burdens the service, or use forms for spam, harassment, fraud, or deceptive activity.
You may not submit information that you know is false, misleading, unlawful, or designed to impersonate another person or business.
3. Service Information
Descriptions of retouching, color correction, background editing, resizing, optimization, product image editing, batch processing, and advanced editing are intended to describe typical categories of work. The actual work required can vary materially from one file set to another.
Published price ranges are reference ranges. Final price, scope, turnaround, revision allowance, and deliverables may depend on file condition, quantity, complexity, requested output, and timing requirements.
4. Project Requests
A project-request form is an invitation to provide information, not automatic acceptance. Additional questions, file review, or a revised scope may be necessary before work begins.
A requested deadline should be treated as a preference unless it is expressly accepted as part of a confirmed project scope.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate project instructions, usable source files, appropriate permissions, and independent backups of original images. The client should review final files before publishing, printing, advertising, distributing, or otherwise relying on them.
If source files are compressed, damaged, too small, poorly exposed, or missing important visual detail, the available editing result may be limited by the source material.
6. Intellectual Property
Website text, layout, brand materials, graphics, and original site content may be protected by intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred merely by visiting the site.
Client-supplied image rights remain subject to the client's ownership and any third-party rights. Separate service terms govern the limited permission needed to process uploaded files.
7. Third-Party Technology
The website may rely on hosting, payment, security, analytics, file-transfer, or other technology providers. Those services may operate under their own technical terms and privacy practices.
Temporary interruptions, browser differences, platform updates, or third-party service availability may affect website functionality from time to time.
8. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability
Reasonable efforts may be made to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, configuration changes, or other operational factors may temporarily affect the site.
9. Limitation of Website Information
Information on the website is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Visitors are responsible for determining whether a particular service is appropriate for their intended use and for obtaining any specialist advice required for that use.
10. Changes to the Website
Service descriptions, price ranges, features, forms, and website content may be updated as the business changes. Changes do not retroactively alter an already confirmed written project scope unless the parties agree otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated to reflect operational, technical, legal, or service changes. The stated update date identifies this version.
12. Governing Rules
These Terms are intended to operate to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
